Expert Screen Repair comes to NJ

Window Screens, Door Screens and Porch Screens. Unique "We come to You !" Service.

When Gina was a young girl she often spent time with her father Joe DiMaggio, a small business owner whom serviced and repaired mechanical cash registers and POS systems for many small to large clients through out New Jersey. She remembers vividly her father working long hours as he took great pride in his work and how he truly loved the service industry. The great satisfaction he got from solving problems of other small business owners so they may succeed in there business and lives.

"Those work ethics and values have been passed down to me" Gina says. "In fact our entire staff from the client service dept that answers the phones, emails and social media. To the expertly trained on-site service technicians I would allow in my own home and then ultimately me as the Owner of Community Screen Repair have the responsibility to exceed our clients expectations."

The idea of starting a mobile screen repair company came to me when I needed to have my own window screens repaired. First, I had a difficult time finding any local business that even repaired screens let alone a store that was open when I was available to drop them off and pick them up. Second, "How was I going to get  my screen door to the hardware store to get it fixed"?. Well I stumbled upon a mobile screen Franchise so I called them ... EEK there prices !!! Then I researched them further and they were a franchisee that spent upwards of 75k - 100k for the ability to use a name, and they had to pay continuous royalty fees back to the franchise headquarter across the country. "For What" Gina said "so I can pay high prices to a large corporation?."

"Well after getting my own screen and spline" I decided to tackle the project of re-screening my own screens Gina recalls. I remember my father doing this task and remembered some of the tools and very creative techniques he used to tackle this seemingly easy task. I must admit to do it well takes ingenuity, quality materials and practice. Well after some trial and error I had beautifully re-screened screens and it was done on an affordable budget. "That was it !" I was hooked Gina explains "I then took my inherently passed on entrepreneurial spirit and worked on systems that could be employed to create a company that would continuously strive to provide a great needed service to the people of the unique communities in New Jersey".

The result was the forming of Community Screen Repair. A mobile window screen, door screen and porch screen firm that proudly and genetically understands the meaning of "old world service"..
