The number thing that works in any fitness program is Accountability! If you have the best Trainer training you,but that trainer doesnt keep you accountable to your nutrition and workouts,then whats the point in; #1 paying big bucks for that trainer,#2 why are you waisting your time and #3 You are hurting yourself in the long run! You may ask how can i be hurting myself? Answer; Cause everytime we start something and fail by our own choice,everytime a little of our drive escapes away and you know as well as i do its hard to get that motivation back. So what i am saying is if you are going to participate in a fitness program,make sure you are held accountable to your program layout,you do that and see what happens!
