Sidetracks has been a part of Sunnyside, Queens for 20 years. It was a delicate balance to remain a part of this diverse neighborhood, while updating the space to become a lounge restaurant retreat for all to enjoy.When entering the space from the city streets, the colors are soothing but powerful. The hostess greets you and directs you to a 40-0 bar/lounge area or to the restaurant. The bar area is highlighted by an ?umbrella? of 57 golden shades that reflect a warm glow that soothes, but excites the space. The restaurant is separated by a media wall of flat screen TV's and mood lights with open cells so diners can experience the energy of the bar without being overpowered by it.Sidetracks offers many diverse experiences for the patron to enjoy. Fine dining, lounge, bar and private parties can be achieved in this neighborhood hot spot
