Established since 1985, The Red Iguana is renowned locally and worldwide for its rich food and authentic atmosphere. The menu offers pescado a la veracruzana (fresh fish of the day), cochinta pibil (shredded roast pork loin basted with achiote lending a smoky delicious piquancy, served with black beans, rice and tortillas) and much more.
