George's at the Cove recently unveiled its all-new $2.7 million upscale contemporary restaurant in La Jolla. Featuring Chef/Partner Trey Foshee's characteristically California cuisine, GEORGES CALIFORNIA MODERN reflects a distinct sensitivity to design and offers guests the flexibility to reserve a table or find an impromptu spot in the Modern Bar, a prominent feature in the new space.
