Victory Healthcare Institute (VHI) is a training and credentialing center. The company was founded by a veteran Home Health Registered Nurse who managed and coordinated home care services and trained home care providers for over twenty years.
The institute has developed specific training programs designed to teach care providers essential knowledge and skills needed to successfully manage the care of children and both elderly & disabled adults in the home setting.
