on Citysearch Jul 24, 2007I PURCHASED 14 HELIUM FILLED BALLOONS OF WHICH WERE ALL BOUGHT FROM VARIETY OUTLET . THE BALLOONS DID NOT FLOAT 5 HOURS AFTER I PURCHASED THEM . I CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND NO ONE COULD SPEAK TO ME ABOUT THE BALLOONS .... (more)
