Business Description
Each massage is individually designed to your specific needs using a variety of modalities. Deep tissue therapy can be used for focus work, as well as the long slow strokes of an Esalen massage. If you prefer a light, relaxing Swedish massage, I offer that as well. My goal is to work with you to create the massage you need, for stress and pain relief, relaxation, release muscle restrictions, and help with joint mobility. When our session is over, you will leave feeling restored!
