Life coach, coach, relationship, loss, emotional, help, perception, shift, career, addiction, alcohol, recoveryYou will receive a minimum of three coaching sessions per month via telephone or Skype. Prior to our session I will ask you to fill out a prep form to fill me in on your wins and challenges since our last call. In between sessions I am always available via email, text or quick phone call if something unexpected comes up that you'd like to discuss.
Once you start recovery from any addition the question is....what's next? Recovery is about changing your lifestyle, learning who you are, who you want to be, learning to love yourself again because you're lovable. It's the time to rediscover yourself, be proud of what you are doing and have fun with it!
