Italy is the inspiration for all that we do at Olive Garden, from our menu to our award-winning wine list to the Tuscan farmhouse design of our restaurants. Our chefs draw on this inspiration, as well as their training at our Culinary Institute of Tuscany, to create authentic, delicious Italian food.
