Business Description
Our school located at 212 Durham Avenue in Metuchen began as a real estate school in 1968 when the New Jersey Real Estate Commission first required classroom education as a pre-requisite to becoming a licensed real estate professional. Our school has serviced the real estate and insurance industries in Central New Jersey for over 40 years.
From our inception in 1968 when we opened our doors as The New Jersey Realty Institute, and through several transformations, one thing that stays constant, is the emphasis on being the best at what we do. Educating our students and preparing them to excel in their careers in all real estate and insurance related fields. Over these many years we are proud to claim that we have assisted tens of thousands realize their dreams.
Led by Mel Lissner, an experienced professional educator who has helped these thousands of students over a period of 40 years, gain their NJ Real Estate license - NJBEC is committed to teaching excellence for all its students.
