Message from the Business
Located in San Ramon, Miraku is a contemporary and stylish restaurant offering outstanding sushi and authentic Japanese cuisine. The service is outstanding and the fish is of highest quality. The restaurant's large repository of patrons' sake bottles - in Asia, regulars buy big bottles of sake, label them with their names, and store them at the restaurant for future meals - along with a collection of 1,300 personalized chop sticks, demonstrate Miraku's popularity. Miraku was recently rated "Best Japanese Restaurant" in Diablo Magazines "Best of the East Bay". The ambiance is colorful and upbeat with dim lighting and flowers abound. The food is classic Japanese: the usual offerings of sushi and sashimi exist alogside udon soups, sukiyaki, and teriyaki. With a great sushi chef and private party accomodations, Miraku is the perfect place to host your next event or birthday party!

on Citysearch Aug 18, 2006Customer service is this restaurant's greatest strength. Bright neon lights, balloons and odd figurines adorning the restaurant is far fetched from any other authentic Japanese restaurant I've been to. Most... (more)
