Business Description
Since purchasing Randys Mini Market in late 2004, owner Ken Kopystecki has been making continuous improvements to the property located at 1233 Main Street, Linfield. First by the addition of pizzeria facilities in 2005, at which time Ken and his son Tim began preparing pizza dough and sauce according to an old italian recipe, taught by a friend and owner of several successful pizzerias. Renovations continued to the interior of the property, including the addition of two wheelchair accessible restrooms in 2006 followed an ice cream shop in July 2007. Along with his wife Sue, his son Tim and the other café staff, Ken is striving to create a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere for patrons at a reasonable price.
Serendipity Café offers a vast menu, including 6 cheesesteaks and hoagies for just $2.99, awesome italian zeps for just $2.59, inflation fighter lunchbox special including 6 Cheesesteak, fresh-cut (boardwalk) fries and a fountain drink for just $4.99, hand-dipped Nelsons Ice Cream and hand-spun super thick and rich milk shakes, and free Yuengling Lager specials.
