Business Description
I recently acquired the skills that a paralegal needs to efficiently assist an attorney during the litigation process. I have excellent communication skills, I am proficient in legal writing, document drafting, and client relations. I welcome the challenge of legal research and am very pleased with my diligence in using WestLaw to accquire research skills. I realize that success in law is dependent upon adhering to strict deadlines, and my experience as a small business owner has provided me with discipline and organization essential to meeting deadlines. Working in safety at a major food distribution warehouse (union environment) has given me a broad insight into the delicacies of relating to different personalities, experience which will translate well in my associations with your clients. I strongly believe in the ethics of the legal system. The essence of ethics is the professional responsibility to clients, the court, and the public, and not necessarily judgements of right and wrong or justice and injustice.
