Business Description
With over 1000 hours of massage training, my certifications include Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Joint Mobilization, Myofascial Release, Passive Stretching Technique, Integrative Reflexology, Sports Massage and Energetic Healing modalities. I have a comprehensive understanding of anatomy and physiology (muscular and skeletal structure and function), and I have extensive experience outside of my private practice working both in Chiropractic settings (prepping clients prior to their adjustments) as well as Spa settings. I have strong yet gentle hands, and my massage can be both therapeutic and relaxing. Each massage session is intuitively tailored to the client's specific needs, whether it be a light touch relaxation massage or more focused deeper work. I am also an instructor at the Shenandoah Valley School of Therapeutic Massage (SVSTM) where I teach 1st Term Skeletal Anatomy and the Swedish Massage Protocols.
