An individualized home/gym exercise program is created and updated to further enhance formal PT treatment. Manual Therapy is offered to optimize pain-free joint flexibility and function. Therapeutic Massage is available to relax affected musculature to allow optimal joint function, and allow the client to have an easier time performing exercises. Encouragement provides increased self-confidence and a sense of realistic hope that a condition is treatable and that a higher quality of life is attainable. I have a very strong professional rapport with my clients, who are quick to observe my dedication to their well-being.
