Ideal homes LLC has been building modular homes for over 20 years. An award winning builder/dealer Ideal homes LLC can make your dreams of home ownership a reality. We have over 500 pre-designed homes with the ability to build your custom plans as well. You can start with a basic floor plan and chose from a vast array of interior and exterior styles, products and colors that are personal to you. Then when you?ve made all your choices, the factory, with its climate controlled buildings, starts the six to eight week process of building your new home. On the day your home is to be set, a crane will lift each section on to your foundation make it weather tight so the final touches can be made to the inside.
