Our main focus which is the most important is ensuring your properties are well taken care of, we require work and rent references, we run a credit report, we review a potential tenant's current lease and most importantly we inspect his/her current residence to see how the property is kept. We accept vouchers, section 8, bhrp, market tenants and many other programs.
