Business Description
At our Fitness Center we offer one on one with our members without the extra cost. We also have circuit training with cardio and strength resistance. Also offered the use of treadmills ,ellipticals, Recumbent Bike, Jacob's ladder,stability ball exercises, HIIT routines, free weight. Most Gyms charge for Trainers at ours it is included. This is also an all women"s facility. We also offer yoga classes call for details about our classes.
