Business Description
Who we are: Bio Safety First Response Team LLC. A mother - daughter team who have been faced with misfortune of crime and want to help other families who may need our assistance.
What we do: We are certified and trained to safely remove, disinfect, and clean bio hazard (blood, body fluid, or OPIM)
When we come: We are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. After the family makes contact with us we make them priority one. We set up a time to meet them and start the process of removing, disinfecting, cleaning the bio.
Where we go: We are licensed in Ohio and Kentucky at this time, we will expand at a later time when the business grows.
How it works: When the family calls we ask them a few questions to let us know what we are dealing with, so we can prepare the equipment to do a thorough job. Then we set up a time to meet with them so we can enter the premises and begin working. After we have completed the process of removing, disinfecting, cleaning and restoring the area we ask the family to verify that everything is to their satisfaction before leaving. We handle the paper work to the insurance company to relieve them of this burden.
Our Goal: The only part of my job that I truly enjoy is when we have completed our job and hearing the family say Thank You and God Bless you for what you have done for us. I know then that I have entered the right profession. I know the peace of mind they receive because I to have received it.
