AWED is a 501c3 non-profit that helps work-authorized, skilled immigrants rebuild or build a professional career pathway and to start and grow businesses.
We provide business and professional job search training, resume development, cover letter writing, and interview, mentorship and networking activities to the Minnesota immigrant population. We empower New Americans, Refugees and Asylees to overcome cultural and language barriers
